Refund & Cancelation Policy

1. General Policy
Backdam Productions, LLC is committed to providing high-quality guided outdoor services. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final except under specific conditions outlined below. Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Deposits and Payments

  • All big game hunts require a $150.00 deposit at the time of booking.

  • Full payment for guided hunts must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled hunt.

  • Failure to complete payment by the deadline will result in automatic cancellation without a refund.
     

3. Cancellations

  • Hunters may cancel their hunt up to 48 hours before the scheduled hunt for a a full refund.

  • Cancellations under 48 hours of the hunt will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Rescheduling may be completed at the discretion of Backdam Productions, LLC, based on availability and weather conditions

  • Backdam Productions, LLC reserves the right to cancel any hunt at any time due to safety or health concerns without notice. If such cancellation occurs, a full refund will be issued.

  • If a hunt is canceled due to severe weather conditions, hunters will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  • If a hunt is canceled due to a hunter’s failure to provide valid documentation (licenses, permits, etc.), all payments including the deposit will be forfeited.
     

4. Refunds for Early Harvest

  • If an animal is harvested before the completion of a full paid guide service, no partial refund will be issued. However, an additional hunt may be added at a discounted rate, subject to availability.
     

5. Lodging and Additional Services

  • Lodging fees must be paid in full prior to arrival and are non-refundable.

  • Transportation to butchers or taxidermists are non-refundable once booked.
     

6. Merchandise Returns and Exchanges
 

Returns

  • ⁠Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. 

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. 

  • We cover all return shipping costs.


Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging.

  • ⁠Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

  • We cover all shipping costs for exchanges.
     

Non-Returnable Items:

  • ⁠Clearance or final sale items.

  • ⁠Customized or personalized merchandise.

  • ⁠Worn, washed, or damaged items.
     

By booking a guided service with Backdam Productions, LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Backdam Productions, LLC reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
